Every detail of Chapel Lodge has been designed with a perfect holiday in mind. Formerly a chapel, the building has been sensitively renovated to create a beautiful blend of period character and contemporary luxury. All the rooms are generously proportioned to allow up to 16 guests to really spread out and unwind in utter comfort, and from furniture and bed linen to bathroom fittings and kitchen appliances, everything is of the finest quality.
Chapel Lodge is an imposing, three-storey house with reversed accommodation. The ground floor comprises a TV room with double sofa bed, galley kitchen opening onto a patio, two large bedrooms, both ensuite (one with king size sleigh bed, one with twin beds), a utility/drying room (great for wetsuits and damp clothes after a day on the beach), and an additional shower room. The hallway atrium makes an impressive entrance to Chapel Lodge.
On the first floor there are a further four bedrooms: two spacious doubles with king size sleigh beds and ensuites, and two children’s rooms each with built in bunk beds and a single bed. The two children’s rooms share a large family bathroom.
The second floor features a stunning open plan living/dining room plus a large family kitchen. The views from the second floor over the harbour and the Camel Estuary are simply glorious.
Outside, the garden has a roomy patio area complete with table and chairs, perfect for lazy summer evenings enjoying the fresh sea air as the sun sets. A cobbled area just outside the front door provides convenient parking for two cars.
